SUBMISSIONS must be received during the month of October and no later than October 25, 2017.<\/span><\/p>\nYou will be notified if your painting or paintings have sold by phone.<\/span><\/p>\nAll artwork not sold may be picked up anytime after January 5, 2018.<\/span><\/p>\nCheques will be mailed out after January 10, 2018 or you can pick up your cheque at the gallery.<\/span><\/p>\n**<\/span> Paintings left beyond January 30\/2018 will be deemed the property of The Edge Gallery and donated. **<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n
DETAILS <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n– Canvases are 12″ x 12″ with the thick gallery profile of ? 1 .5 inches (gallery size). <\/span><\/p>\n– Edges must be painted as a continuation of the painting or in a solid colour.<\/span><\/p>\n– Canvases must be wired for hanging with FLAT HARDWARE ( D Hooks) situated 3 to 3 1\/2 inches from the top (no eye hooks sticking out)<\/span><\/p>\n– Identify on the back bottom outside of the painting frame with your name, name of the painting and medium.<\/span><\/p>\n– All paint must be DRY<\/span><\/strong> on submission.<\/span><\/p>\n– Please no pastels, watercolours, anything under glass or framed.<\/span><\/p>\n– Paintings will be juried and hung at the sole discretion of the gallery.<\/span><\/p>\n– Artists receive fifty percent of the sale price of $144 when their paintings are sold.<\/span><\/p>\n– You can submit as many paintings as you want. With any subject matter you choose.<\/span><\/p>\n
